We strive to do our best, however, mistakes happen.  If there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us ASAP and we'll gladly fix it. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any unopened items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If we made a mistake on your order, we will pay for shipping costs to return and exchange the product. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

- Please return your package in a prepaid, insured and traceable method.

- Refunds are typically processed on eligible returns with 1 to 2 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and refunds are issued back to the same account used to make the purchase.

- Your bank or card issuer typically takes between 2 to 7 days to post the credit to your account.

- Customers are responsible for all actual return shipping, packaging and handling charges and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our return/refund policy. This includes refused, not accepted and non-deliverable items returned to us by the shipping carrier because the original address provided was not a valid shipping address that the product could be delivered to.

- If you are returning an item using a return label provided by Pro Pet Stop and the return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Products that are non-returnable or that do not comply with our return/refund policy will not be issued a refund.

- Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or any other fees charged by the Canadian Government, United States Government, Canada Post, Fed-Ex, UPS or any other shipping carrier and are non-refundable.
